Website Standard Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Website Standard Terms and Conditions”) contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of this website, your purchase of any product advertised and marketed on this website, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”). These terms and conditions contain an arbitration and class action waiver, which affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully. These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and your purchase of any product(s) displayed, marketed, and advertised on this Website, and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you object to any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

 

RETURNED PACKAGES POLICY We do not modify or update addresses after purchase per our Address Change Policy. If your package is returned due to an address issue including but not limited to:

 

  • Missing address digit(s)

  • Missing apartment number

  • Misspellings

  • Failed delivery by the carrier.

 

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in full via invoice before your order is resent to the corrected address as we do not offer refunds.  Please email DollHouseBeautySpaLLC@Gmail.com with your inquiry regarding returned packages.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read our refund/exchange process prior to making your purchase. Please read our terms and conditions prior to purchase. Please note, finalizing your purchase means you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions in addition to our refund and exchange process.  
All purchases are FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges of any products for sale.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY OF PRODUCTS

Cancellation requests will be honored if your purchase is available for cancellation at the time a Customer Support Team Member receives it.  DOLL HOUSE BEAUTY SPA, LLC. will make every attempt to approve cancellation requests made by our Dolls, however these requests are NOT GUARANTEED for any reason. Sending an email directly after placing the order HELPS but also does not guarantee approval as your purchase is pulled for shipment as soon as the purchase is submitted. Once a purchase is pulled for shipment, it can not be canceled for any reason.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY OF SERVICES

 

All services are secured with a credit or debit card. The card will remain on file.

Every client is important, so we reserve this time especially for you! Please give us at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we may keep the schedule flowing and service everyone in a timely manner. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour period, 100% of the service will be charged with the card on file. No show equals no service ever. If you are scheduled in the spa, and you cancel or reschedule, the same policy applies. Your card on file will be charged NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be on time for your appointment. There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled and your booking fee will be forfeited and your card will still be charged for the remaining balance of the service. Continuing to book with Doll House Beauty Spa, LLC, you are agreeing and accepting all the terms and conditions.

For your convenience, we accept Zelle, Cash, Debit or Credit card. A processing fee will be added to debit/credit card payments. There are no refunds.

 

Address Change Policy

We do not offer address changes after purchase, however, once you receive your tracking number you can contact the USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and have your package rerouted.

Please note: If your package is returned to our Clermont, FL location because of the address error, you must pay for return shipping costs before your package can be resent to the corrected address.
